The launch of Audible in Brazil makes Icaro Silva’s fantastic narration of Harry Potter 1-7 more widely available in the Brazilian market. 

On 3rd October 2023, Audible introduced a localised service created specifically for the Brazilian marketplace making the Wizarding WorldTM titles available to a wider audience. The Harry Potter series sits beside more than 5,000 Portuguese titles, many of which have never been available in audio before. Our much-loved Brazilian Portuguese Harry Potter audiobooks are narrated by the wonderful Icaro Silva, a prominent Brazilian actor who brought his own magical touch to the story of The Boy Who Lived. 

Pottermore Publishing worked closely with the Audible Brazil team on the launch marketing, using our beautiful illustrations. The campaign included onsite banners, email content, organic social posts and placements on the Alexa hub and Amazon storefront. Audible even hosted a high-profile press event in Sao Paulo for journalists, attended by Icaro Silva himself to mark the occasion.
