Our Workplace

Our office is in central London, is open plan and full of natural light. It’s a collaborative space with several break-out areas to host meetings, do quiet work or take a break. We have multiple meeting rooms to host clients, have team catch-ups or 1 to 1s. And our kitchen area has space for eating lunch, grabbing a coffee or even challenging your colleagues to some friendly competition using some of our board games!

Office Culture

What are the working hours?

Our standard working day is 9:30am – 6pm, with one hour for lunch. However, as long as you are working and available to attend meetings during our Core Hours of 10am to 4:30pm there is flexibility to start and finish outside of the standard day.

Is there hybrid working?

Yes – we work together as colleagues for 3 days a week in the office. You’re then able to choose whether you come to the office or work at home for the other 2 days.

How do we communicate with each other?

We use Microsoft office tools such as Outlook and Teams to keep in touch with each other. There’s also Bamboo HR to manage onboarding, holiday and sickness and Clear Review to document performance feedback.

What’s the office culture like?

Throughout the year, there’s always something going on: a whole host of speakers who come in for our Lunch and Learn sessions, a chance to take volunteer days, fantastic Summer and Christmas parties, socials hosted by the Charity and Social committee, fundraising activities for our nominated charity of the year or you could join in with events put on by our Mirror Board.

We also offer plenty of formal and informal training – from our Storytelling workshops to our cross-company mentoring scheme – and encourage everyone to be generous in sharing their knowledge and expertise.
