Our office is open plan and full of natural light. It’s a collaborative space with several break out areas to host meetings, do quiet work or take a break. We also have multiple meeting rooms to host clients, team catch ups or 1-1s.
Our normal working hours are 9:30AM-6:00PM with a 1 hour lunch break.
We use Microsoft office tools such as Outlook and Teams to keep in touch with each other. There’s also BambooHR to manage onboarding, holiday and sickness and Clear Review to document performance feedback.
We are passionate about developing our staff and committed to supporting them on their journey with us. To enable that, we encourage frequent dialogue with line managers. Quarterly check ins are managed through Clear Review and we embrace a culture of feedback. We offer plenty of training and learning opportunities and encourage everyone to be generous in sharing their knowledge and expertise.
Our pioneering programme, Experience Works, puts students in the job for a week.
