The Greek editions, narrated by Irini Balta, are the most popular audiobooks on JukeBooks since their launch.
We’re delighted to share that upon their release, all seven Greek editions of the Harry Potter audiobooks have been the most popular title on JukeBooks, based on listening hours. The series began launching on the Greek audiobook platform in March of 2025, with the seventh and final instalment of the series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, launching in June 2026. Currently, all seven books remain in the top ten most listened to titles on JukeBooks, even after their staggered individual releases. The top three spots are occupied by Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and excitingly, the series represents over 25% of all listening on the platform in June 2026!
Since the launch, we’ve worked closely with JukeBooks on their extensive first-class marketing campaign for the seven publications. A key component has been their curation of engaging social content featuring Irini Balta, the fantastic narrator for these editions, which they posted across various touchpoints. Fans have especially loved the behind-the-scenes style videos of Irini in the studio as she shares her favourite moments from the series. It was particularly fun as she had never read the series before and began to share her favourite characters after each book!
