Last month, saw the highly anticipated release of the full-cast audio edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. We are delighted that today, fans can join Harry, Ron and Hermione for their second year at Hogwarts through the second instalment in this brand-new, immersive audiobook production available now on Audible.

Joining an already stacked cast, The Chamber of Secrets introduces not only the voices of Daniel Mays and Kit Harington as Dobby the house-elf and Professor Lockhart respectively, but the vocals of Dame Shirley Bassey as Celestina Warbeck. Bassey’s iconic glamour and out-of-this-world vocals are said to have inspired J.K. Rowling’s writing of Celestina Warbeck in the original Harry Potter stories, so to have this legendary singer on board with our project is truly incredible!
Three bespoke songs have been recorded by Shirley Bassey alongside a 17-piece big band for the audiobooks, with the first one, You Stole My Cauldron But You Can’t Have My Heart, composed by Ashley Griffin appearing in The Chamber of Secrets.
